PIPEX. They're doing wires only for around 24UKP a month. The hardware
you buy is up to you so that's that problem sorted. I've been with PIPEX
for around a month or so now and they're really bloody good. The IPs not
NAT (even though their website says it is) and it's "sticky" IP, ie it's
dynamic, but doesn't tend to change. In fact, my IP has yet to change in
the month that I've had ADSL.
Top notch stuff, wouldn't get cable modem now even if I could.
