There's a wodge more photos here if you can be arsed to go through them,
some of which feature Ryan Lackey so I guess they're either from a cruise to
drop kit off, or an/the initial visit or something.

It's the other extreme compared to http://www.TheBunker.net/ in that it
offer's legal, rather than physical protection (being a neutral territory).

So as Andy said, I guess all they can do is blow it up if the physical
security is ever threatened; I can't see the self-declared Prince and
Princess whipping out the harpoon gun to defend a bunch of boxes belonging
to paranoid geeks! :-)

For those who can't be arsed, it's basically a pair of massive round
cylinders sticking out of the sea with a [large] plank across the top.
