All States have a police, in a police state the State itself is the police, that is police powers are distributed widely thro' all
organs of the State. This begins with social workers having police powers over the family, and continues thro' what you
eat, work at, recreate etc. For example if some people burn genetic crops it is a lot of work for the police so they call the
relevant govt dept which has a section following food terrorists & get all the background & info. This works well because
police strength is not used up except in the actual arresting of people & on actual cases, and no policeman could know
the subject well enough to knowledgeably & efficiently track the food terrorists. Same for all the other Depts & Agencies
mentioned.

A constituent is entitled to a reply, if only an acknowledgement. Write again saying your correspondence may have been
missed (police states do not well fund this kind of process) and asking for a reply. If none arrives send the mail again
copied to the Party Headquarters and asking them what the next step should be.
