Does anyone know how to use tc properly? I'm attempting to shape the
traffic going to the cable modem so that outgoing traffic on a
particular port will at most use 75% of the bandwidth (24kB/s) and
leave plenty free for ssh and mail connections.
This is with kernel 2.4.19-pre8 with iptables support (RH7.2)
