That's interesting reading actually, and I'm glad you posted it. I wonder
if you can use VPNs on my ADSL connection. I would guess so due to the
fact that you're allowed to run other services (like the way that they say
you're allowed to run web servers, but it's not such a hot idea, due to
the upstream bandwidth being capped). Still, worth looking up.
