Hay all.
Does anyone know of any company that is not staffed by fools
who is likely to be able to offer a support contract on a linux
server + network that they didn't setup?
History:
Over the last week and a bit I've been installing a linux server
and 9 win2k PCs for a shop that I used to work for. The manager
is a little slow and has now decided that he wants a support
contract because his entire business is now dependant on the server
staying up.
It's a big complex system as there are 3 email address systems in
use, and it really wasn't a simple system to setup.
I don't want to offer 1 hour call out support and he wants a contract
with someone and no-one's going near it who I don't trust and I
doubt that any company is going to want to take it on.
Does anyone have any ideas?
