Hmmm, I had read a while ago that they had solved the problems
encountered during bad weather, but i didn't think it would be flawless,
but that site seems to think it is.
I'm gonna look into building one :) (being an electronics engineer ;) )
so if you'd like, i would be more than willing to help anyone build one,
or at least clarify the design or any principles that are missing from
the guide (as they put it).
