Listening in these posts, I have noticed a few mentioning Loughborugh, and
the lack of linux based systems.
I am presently at Loughborough, and the main reason for this is the red tape
surrounding purchasing, and networking of PC's.
Though i am happy to say i have my own red hat machine fully networked.
There is a supposed group f or linux at the university, but alas
contributions are a bit thin on the ground. So how about a bit of support
from the Loughborugh crew, or even just a hello opn the newsgroup just to
know you people are alive!
