Following Rob's comments about use of linux at Nottm Trent Uni,
I wonder what is happening in the CS Dept at Uni of Nottm now.
When I was there, they had rows of PCs running Windows.
It was the same in Cripps Computing Center.
However since then, linux has matured considerably.
Anyone at NU care to comment on this?
If linux was used more by the education establishments, it might
help "educate" future computer users.
Perhaps this is where Godfrey's push should start.
Ted.
