Hi,

Target audience?

Try folks from County Council, City Council (under 'best value');
consultants from local offices of KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers;
local advisory bodies (Business Link/TECs )
folks coming from advert in paper.

Too ambitious? Scare the socks off?

Regards,
Godfrey
