Showing things running in an emulator like VMware is self defeating, it's
quite expensive and you are still needing to run Windows, and the program
that can be run under Windows as is. A non technical person will not see the
point of it.

Is there a groupware client for Linux? I don't see why they shouldn't work
with any email program, where emails are actually required, rather than
messaging.

Personally I think it's more important to show what a Linux system can do,
and programs running under it, which includes server integration with client
window's PC.

I have my doubts however, about this enterprise, after all PC mags have given
away very many Linux cover CDs and given some coverage of Linux for quite a
while. So what is the target audience for such an evening?
