Whoo, a little like IIS4 or IIS5, in fact. Switch on FTP and conveniently
forget to go the "Directory Security" tab in the MMC and it handily
defaults to a tick in the "Allow anonymous access to this resource". Of
course, that's not bad, until you realise that the default FTP root is
world writeable...
