OK, currently that box is running deadrat and sitting in the corner doing
nothing...it might be a Debian box by Thursday :) I'll bring cable, plugs
(if anyone has a few spare RJ45 plugs that would be handy - hopefully I
can get to Maplin before Thursday and buy a load more) - but if I forget
or something, I litterally live on City Road so it's 5 mins away...
I've got a modem here that doesn't do anything much at the moment (I keep
it for dialin to home in Reading if the ADSL there goes down) so I could
bring that and hook up to said machine (and stick a *nasty* squid config
on there which allowed 90 people to share a modem last year) if there's a
telephone socket?

OK. If we're short I could perhaps bring additional switch ports.

OK, that'll go out today (news, CSiT). Do you have a draft advertisement
that I can simply forward to people in the University?

OK.

Hehe, there's two very reasonable shops nearby if we need more on the
night :)
