I'm not sure Rich used the stp driver - I think he was using the upp
driver.

No, he needs to check to see if the installed ghostscript has the stp
driver in it using "gs -h" and looking for stp in the available devices
listed.
Gimp-print and ghostscript aren't integrated by default. The gimp-print
package provides a direct printing method for gimp plus an associated
ghostscript driver which needs to be compiled in with ghostscript. This
is then used in the postscript part of magic filters by RH's printfilters
package that act files spooled by lpr.
So the question is: does Mandrake's ghostscript package include the stp
driver?
