There's your problem then - allocate the whole 20Gb to Linux ;)
Seriously, do you have > 1024 cylinders on the disk (not sure if disk
druid shows this but fdisk will). The partition containing /boot needs
to be in the 1023 cylinders, unless this limitation has been overcome
in the last year or so. I normally have a 15Mb /boot partition at the
beginning of the disk anyway just in case.
If the above isn't the problem then have you tried a google search for
the exact error message? There may be some emails about it on one of
the many linux mailing lists, possibly even a solution.
