[nottingham] SSH and misery

Can anyone give me a hand with this?

I currently using OpenSSH 2.5.2p2, and can connect between any of my boxes
at home without trouble. Can't seem to get it working on my webspace though.
The debug output looks like:

OpenSSH_2.5.2p2, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090601f
debug1: Seeding random number generator
debug1: Rhosts Authentication disabled, originating port will not be trusted.
debug1: ssh_connect: getuid 1000 geteuid 1000 anon 1
debug1: Connecting to {remote box} port 22.
debug1: Connection established.
debug1: identity file /home/seanie/.ssh/identity type 0
debug1: identity file /home/seanie/.ssh/id_rsa type 1
debug1: identity file /home/seanie/.ssh/id_dsa type 2
debug1: Remote protocol version 1.99, remote software version 2.0.13 (non-commercial)
debug1: match: 2.0.13 (non-commercial) pat ^2\.0\.1[3-9]
debug1: Local version string SSH-1.5-OpenSSH_2.5.2p2
debug1: Waiting for server public key.
Connection closed by {remote box}
debug1: Calling cleanup 0x805e1f0(0x0)

Is there some kind of protocol mismatch going on? Or am I missing something
extremely obvious?
Any help, suggestions or fixes will be very welcome, coz this is driving me
mad!!
