Hi from the originator of the Nottingham group.

I am sorry that there has not been much activity recently, and I hope
things will improve in the next few months. Because of my other activities
(work, family, Sunday School and secretary to the local Baha'i
community) I seem to have little spare time.

Yes there was a suggestion of alternating meeting nights, but the last few
meetings were poorly attended I am not sure that physical meetings are the
way to go. Indeed, several folks suggested 'virtual clubnight' meetings
held across the 'net. I did receive one ofer to organise meetings for me,
but nothing came of it.

Simon has offered to set up an archive of the messages so that newcomers
can go back through past messages - thanks Simon. He has also spotted a
couple of broken links on the web pages, which I hope to correct soon.

I have had an email suggesting a weekend meeting with the South
Derbyshire LUG at their clubhouse, but that requires transport to get
there, anyone want to go? Sadly, I cannot make any weekend meeting myself.

Other suggestions as to how the LUG develops?

Regards,

Godfrey
