It's expensive.

It is entirely unsuitable for critical or server-side tasks.

It has introduced a range of poor tasks as "standard" to the
communications scene (like Outlook).

It is too memory intensive.

Obtaining and installing client-side software is not as simple as under a
package based linux operating system.

Apart from that, it's really not that bad.
